Spinnova’s mission is to produce the most sustainable textile fibres and materials in the world for the benefit of the environment and humanity. Our ambition is to scale the production of SPINNOVA®fibre to more than one million tonnes of per year within a decade, which is probably the most ambitious target set by any textile material innovation company globally. From early on, we have partnered with leading brands in apparel and footwear, to develop commercial SPINNOVA® textile products. Our goal is to be the preferred sustainable textile material in various categories and industries. Our global brand vision is that the SPINNOVA® brand will be visible in the end products alongside industry brands.
We are now looking for a global Sales and Partnerships Manager to play a key role in achieving Spinnova’s mission. You share our passion for fighting climate change and are excited to join a company that has the potential to transform the raw material base of the entire global textile industry. You will be a key member of Spinnova’s Commercial team, reporting to Chief Sales Officer. You can be based either in Helsinki, Finland or Amsterdam, Netherlands and you can travel for work according to business need.
Key responsibilities
As Spinnova is a fast-growing scale-up, you will have the opportunity to pave and lead the commercial path of a true deep tech innovation company globally. In this role your responsibilities will be:
- Reaching sales goals for several various sized accounts (B2B)
- Developing and implementing brand business plans, including long-term winning strategies, objectives and opportunities with measurable KPI’s
- Maintaining deep and broad knowledge of the brands’ business; this includes an exceptional understanding of the brands sustainability strategy, positioning to consumers, and the priorities of various purchase decision-makers
- Knowing our products by continuously showing curiosity with key internal stakeholders
- Turning complex internal product and business strategies into clear and concise strategies
- Understanding brand partners’ needs to be successful and translate those needs effectively internally to achieve sales goals (inc. utilization of existing CRM tool)

As a person you match the team oriented, hands-on Spinnova culture. You possess a positive, can-do attitude that is suitable for a dynamic growth company. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications / experience:
- Solid project management skills and experience in leading global, complex partner operations
- Ability to engage and lead discussions of technical details within customer development and innovation
- Outstanding people skills and proven track record of creating buy-in across customer stakeholder organization
- 5-7 years’ experience from textile industry, innovations and / or technical sales in related industries
- Excellent skill set in project management, M365 and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in English, Finnish is considered an advantage
